I am a wife of 34 yrs., a mother of 5, grandmother of 11, and a great-grandmother of 4.  I'm a practicing Christian, and a trained and certified psychotherapist.  I frequently incorporate my Chrisitan beliefs when counseling a fellow Christian.  I'm a Marriage and Family Counselor by profession, and have also counseled teens and children as young as 6 yrs.  I teach a Christian-based anger management course.  I love what I do, and always consider it a blessing to minister to a hurting person.

Additionally, I'm an avid reader of mostly non-fiction books, and always looking for books to assist in my counseling practice.  When I need to escape the realities of daily life...I may pick up a courtroom drama book.  You might imagine that I'm a "Law and Order" .  I do admit that I have forensic interests as well...so I'm also a BIG CSI FAN as well!!

I'm looking forward to sharing my reading tastes with others, and even books that are given to me that I may never get a chance to read.
